Delivery
There are a few possible locations for your order at different stages of the process: our warehouse, awaiting dispatch, with the courier for delivery, or already delivered to you.
The first step is to check if you have received a delivery confirmation email. If you have, then your order is on its way. In case you haven't received the delivery confirmation email, please remember to check your junk or spam folders as well. If you haven't received the confirmation email, it means your order is still awaiting dispatch.
If it has been more than 2 days since you placed your order, and you haven't received the dispatch email, please reach out to us via our contact page. We will promptly assist you and get back to you as soon as possible to address any concerns or provide an update on your order.
Currently, we only deliver to Ireland. All orders within Ireland are delivered within 1-2 working days. You will receive your delivery confirmation shortly after your order confirmation email.

Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return your parcel for a reduced rate through our service with An Post. Please note, you will not be charged additionally for your return shipping, but the amount will come out of your refunded amount.
This service is only available to our customers in the Republic of Ireland. Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging. All tags must be still on the clothing for return to be validated, and the return form must be sent back with the item to our warehouse.
It can take up to 10 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded.
The funds should appear on your bank statement within 7 business days. As soon as your refund is processed, you will receive a notification of this via email.
Other
We don’t offer exchanges right now. You can return your item to us for a refund, and then place a new order to get the item of your choice.
We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. One of our customer service agents will be more than happy to look into this for you. Please contact us at customerservice@evalara.ie stating the order number with further details of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include an image of the item(s).
