Delivery
There are a few possible locations for your order at different stages of the process: our warehouse, awaiting dispatch, with the courier for delivery, or already delivered to you.
The first step is to check if you have received a delivery confirmation email. If you have, then your order is on its way. In case you haven't received the delivery confirmation email, please remember to check your junk or spam folders as well. If you haven't received the confirmation email, it means your order is still awaiting dispatch.
If it has been more than 2 days since you placed your order, and you haven't received the dispatch email, please reach out to us via our contact page. We will promptly assist you and get back to you as soon as possible to address any concerns or provide an update on your order.
Currently, we only ship to Ireland. All orders within Ireland are delivered within 1-2 working days. You will receive your shipment confirmation shortly after your order confirmation email.
*Please note, shipping may take longer during peak periods.
Cancellation: We can attempt to cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing, please chat below asap to request this. This can't be guaranteed! After this time, we can't cancel before delivery, but you can return unworn items.
Amendment: We’re quick at processing orders so any changes must be made before you click 'Pay Securely'. After this point, you won’t be able to make any changes to the items or quantities in your order.
If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect please chat below ASAP. Address changes cannot be guaranteed however will be attempted.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can return your parcel for a reduced rate through our service with An Post. Please note, you will not be charged additionally for your return shipping, but the amount will come out of your refunded amount.
This service is only available to our customers in the Republic of Ireland. Please return unsuitable items in its original packaging. All tags must be still on the clothing for return to be validated, and the return form must be sent back with the item to our warehouse.
